WHat time should coaches arrive to the event?
We ask that all coaches arrive to the Combine at 8:00am on December 17th for a University Meet & Greet on the Yard! Join us for breakfast, networking and an opportunity to meet coaches from other HBCU programs prior to getting into full recruitment mode!
Are coaches expected to bring their cheerleaders?
No, you do not need to bring any of your team members with you. However, if you would like to bring a max of 2 current or alumni members to assist you in recruiting and answering questions during lunch & learn you are more than welcome to do so.
Will coaches be able to set up a table to display school info?
Yes, each HBCU Cheer program will be provided one 6ft table and two folding chairs. There will be opportunity for a few tables to be near a power source but each table will not have direct access to a power source.
Will coaches recieve info about the athletes in attendance?
Yes, Coaches will be granted access to an app that contains general, skill and academic information for each athlete in attendance. Athlete information will not be provided prior to the event.
Will lunch be provided?
Yes, lunch will be provided for Coaches and athletes. There will also be plenty of water on site to keep everyone hydrated.
